Sandra Rocafort
“I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping people through life’s challenges. I specialize in Art Therapy and often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques to support my clients. I work with kids, teens, and adults—generally ages 5 to 60—and really enjoy helping people better understand themselves, build healthier relationships; and navigate a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
I’ve spent several years working as a school counselor in Pasco and Pinellas counties, which gave me a strong foundation in supporting children and families. While I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, I bring particular experience in supporting those with ADHD, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and military families, who often face unique transitions and stressors.
I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and I believe cultural background plays a big role in how we experience the world. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, painting, or hanging out with my Great Dane, Ryker.”
