We opened the Journey Center for ADHD in Trinity because too many people with ADHD are still getting one of two things: a quick prescription with little guidance, or therapy that never addresses the real-world executive function problems ADHD creates. ADHD impacts attention, motivation, emotional regulation, relationships, school/work performance, and self-esteem—and families deserve a place that treats the whole condition, not just the symptoms.
This center is also personal. I’ve lived with ADHD and I know what it’s like to feel capable and driven, yet still struggle with follow-through, organization, overwhelm, impatience, and the constant internal pressure of “Why can’t I just do what I know I need to do?” I’ve experienced the costs ADHD can create—at school, at work, and at home—and I’ve also seen what happens when people finally get the right combination of clarity, structure, and support. That lived experience is one of the reasons I built a specialized center that I wish existed years ago.
At the Journey Center for ADHD, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that goes beyond a diagnosis. We focus on accurate assessment, thoughtful medication management when appropriate, therapy and skills-based interventions, executive function coaching support, and practical systems that patients and families can actually implement. Our goal is simple: help kids, teens, and adults with ADHD build a life that works—more calm, more consistency, better relationships, and real progress you can measure.
We also designed the Trinity space with ADHD in mind. It’s sensory-friendly, intentionally low-clutter, and calm—while still feeling modern and welcoming, with a blend of clean design and creative touches. The environment matters, and we want our office to feel like a place where your nervous system can finally exhale.
